By purchasing from hannahpad Singapore, you are deemed to have agreed to all our Terms & Conditions stated below. hannahpad Singapore reserves the right to amend our Terms & Conditions from time to time.

PURCHASE INFORMATION

1. Please ensure that the correct item(s) in the correct pattern(s)/size(s) has been selected before proceeding to check out. hannahpad Singapore will not be able to amend your orders once they have been confirmed and no exchanges will be allowed if wrong colors/sizes are selected.

2. Upon payment verification, orders will be shipped out within 2 to 3 working days. Please ensure that all required information are submitted accurately during the payment process to avoid possible delays during shipping.

3. Mailing days fall on weekdays. Weekends and Public Holidays are excluded.

4. For all order enquiries, kindly email us at hello@hannahpad.sg with your order number. Do allow us up to 2 working days to respond to enquiry emails.

5. Discount codes are not applicable on sale items unless otherwise stated. 

6. All sales are final and we do not accept cancellation or refund of any orders.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

1. We accept credit and debit card via our Paypal processing system. You do not need a Paypal account to pay, simply checkout as a guest via Paypal.

2. All orders will automatically be cancelled if payment is not received.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

1. Below is our shipping rates for worldwide shipping, free shipping worldwide on orders above S$100.

2. For Singapore orders within restricted zone, you will be informed via email to option up the shipping fee or we will cancel the order. Please see ‘Shipping Costs’ in our Shopping Guide.

3. We do not ship to the following countries, click on the link to visit our partner website.

4. Combination of parcels/orders will not be allowed unless advised, please send an email to hello@hannahpad.sg to enquire.

5. For any parcels returned back to hannahpad Singapore due to error in shipping address, the customer will be informed and be required to bear the re-delivery costs. Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE INFORMATION

1. We do not accept any returns and exchanges for products due to change of mind, shipping delay or if the item has been washed and used.

2. If the purchased item is defective, please send us an email at hello@hannahpad.sg within 3 days of receipt, attaching clear photo(s) and a brief explanation. We will offer an exchange (subject to stock availability) or store credit (valid for 30 days). Store credit is based on item price, includes any discount and excludes shipping fee.

3. Our returns policy are not applicable to ‘short-dated’, ‘seconds, ‘sample’ or ‘sale’ items.
